At the Pilates Dietitian Studio I deliver Pilates private and semi private sessions using Peak Pilates large equipment , reformer, tower and MVE chair.
You can expect to restore strong foundations, find goals that align with your health and achieve improvement in your strength, mobility, flexibility, body awareness and confidence.
The Dietetic Services I provide help you break free from diets, calorie counting and overcome the overwhelm of food preparation and food fixation.
Learn to find strategies using an evidence based compassionate, person centres, strength based weight inclusive approach.
My mission is to help as many people to have a happier , healthier relationship with food and feel more confident and relaxed about their nutrition choices and movement that restores your body awareness and confidence
Begin your Pilates today
To begin your Pilates journey with the Pilates Dietitian you will be provided with an foundation to the Pilates exercises and the apparatus including the reformer, Cadillac, chairs, small barrel and of course the Mat.
8 sessions will provide you with a foundation to the Pilates repertoire and opportunity to improve your body awareness and discover the goals to reach your new potential.
