Welcome to the Pilates Reformer & the ADHD Dietitian!

I’m so pleased you’re here. I’m excited to share my passion for movement and nutrition, and to support ADHD women in navigating a world that often feels overwhelming—a world built on systems and expectations that weren’t designed with us in mind.
My goal is to promote ADHD-affirming strategies that help you feel in control of your eating and movement habits—so you can feel empowered, capable, and confident as an ADHD woman.

What to expect at Pilates ADHD Dietitian

At the Pilates ADHD Dietitian Studio I deliver Pilates private and semi private sessions using Peak Pilates large equipment , reformer, tower and MVE chair.

You can expect to feel supported and your ADHD differences embraced. The focus of movement within this Pilates studio is to restore strong foundations, find goals that align with your health and achieve improvement in your strength, mobility, flexibility, body awareness and confidence.

Oh, and of course, to absolutely find movement that is enjoyable and an environment that feels supportive to your body's needs, including rest and respect.

If you are seeking an ADHD approach to enable more consistent eating habits, reduce the overwhelm, build confidence in your ability to eat to hunger and fullness signals, that avoids rigid food rules and calorie counting and supports your ability to take control around eating without guilt and shame.

 

This ADHD support aims to help you feel more accepted as an ADHD women and support your own awareness of your unique ADHD differences with focus on the challenges we face and implement strategies that align with our differences to empower you to reach your movement and nutrition goals. 

 

The Dietetic Services I provide help you break free from diets, calorie counting and overcome the overwhelm of food preparation and food fixation.

To begin your Pilates journey with the Pilates ADHD Dietitian you will be provided with an foundation to the Pilates exercises and the apparatus including the reformer, Cadillac, chairs, small barrel and of course the Mat.

 8 sessions will provide you with a foundation to the Pilates repertoire and opportunity to improve your body awareness and discover the goals that you choose to support your movement and your health focus.
